makeing fudge

very symple very tastey fudge

first prime a tin by putting a layer of cling film leaveing the same size again overthe edge of the tin

first measure out just under 1 lb of iceing surger into a large bowl,
then add just under 6 oz of butter.
and soften it in the microwave.
then break up 200g of white chocolate (or any other chocolate i just like white choc fudge^.^  )
break it up small then back in the microwave melt the cocolate and sure well.

add a bit of milk to smooth it but less then you would thing only a splash,

then steir thoughrally
[at this point my brother walked into the kitchen and made a crumpet i offered and now we know that fudge tastes amazing on crumpets.]
i then added some whine gums i had chopped up
most squidgy sweets work, also maltesers work well aswell.
now put it in the tin and wrap it in the cling-film and leeve in the fridge to set.

then devour =]

my first go at cross-stitch

today i made a bookmark using cross stitch, but i think really it doesn't count as cross-stitching as i didn't always use the holes for the letters.
